These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store, placing orders, delivering products, making payments, withdrawing from the contract, and complaint procedures.
Contact with the Seller is possible via the contact form located in the footer of the website.
Customer – a natural person over 18 years of age, a legal person, or an organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Store – the online store available at yooglo.eu.
Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions.
Product – products offered by the Store.
Orders can be placed through the Store’s website.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is obliged to provide true and accurate contact information.
The Store confirms receipt of the order via email.
All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
A sales document (receipt or invoice) is issued for each transaction.
Payments can be made using the available payment methods shown during the checkout process.
Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected EU countries.
The delivery cost is indicated during the order process.
The delivery time within Poland is usually 2 to 7 business days. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, follow the instructions included in the order confirmation email. This process is handled automatically via the Furgonetka portal.
Returned products must not show signs of use, dirt, damage, or odors. The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date the Store receives the returned shipment.
In the event of a defect in a product, the Customer may submit a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted according to the instructions included in the order confirmation email. Complaints are processed automatically via the Furgonetka portal, along with photo and/or video documentation.
The Store will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the Store will repair, replace the product, or refund the payment.
The administrator of the Customer’s personal data is the owner of the online store www.yooglo.eu.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for marketing purposes, if the Customer has given their consent.
The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Store’s website.
